What you pay for
Minutes are the call time handled by your assistant. 120 minutes is, for example, 60 calls of 2 minutes or 40 calls of 3 minutes: estimate the average length of your calls to choose your volume.
Features are identical on Essential, Pro and Business: 24/7 answering, automatic language detection (EN/FR/NL), appointment booking in your calendar, urgent-call triage, WhatsApp and e-mail summaries, follow-up board, reminders and customer memory.
SMS are used to confirm appointments and send reminders to your customers. They're included in Business (100 a month) and available as a pack on the other plans.

Every plan has the same core: trilingual 24/7 answering, appointment booking, calendar sync, follow-up board, reminders, customer memory, urgent-call triage and WhatsApp/e-mail summaries. What changes is the volume: 120 minutes a month on Essential, 500 on Pro, 1000 on Business (with 100 SMS). From Pro, Bob also prices the quote during the call, using your rates, and you approve it before it's sent. The Enterprise plan, priced on request, adds AI photo diagnosis, AI reports and multiple users.
You create your account for free, with no credit card, and get 15 minutes of calls on us to hear Bob answer your customers. You choose your plan at the end of the trial.

On the monthly plan there's no commitment at all. The annual plan is billed yearly and works out up to 25% cheaper per month.
